2/9/25 Week 9 Exam Beginner Novice Run Through
Our practices were better than the tests. Some of our footwork was off. Poppy's been doing good targeting the place board, but she decided to sidestep for our tests. Lots of distractions including a frisbee playing dog in the baseball field, young family at volleyball pit, a couple guys at the end of the tennis court, and horses. We forgot the light line, so Janet had to help Poppy out on the recall. Poppy does have a good stay...

ReplyDelete1) Does the dog know what is is to be doing (have the handlers been thorough on following the FC Curriculum and doing the work?)
2) Do the handlers know how to help the dog succeed (correct) if/when needed?
